[10/25] How To: Naxxramas

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that a DK is awesome on 10 man Faerlina.

I just grabbed the 4 adds and had my shaman burn the skull down to about 5-10%. The DK stood right by the MT and when she enraged the DK just yanked the skull over to Faerlina and the skull was dead in about half a second.

Rinse/repeat for the rest of the enrages.

Or you could just stand next to her while you tank them?

I had our feral tank throw on his DPS gear and just kept the adds in consecrate while tanking Faerlina. One ended up slightly out of consecrate range, so just had it as the sacrifice for the first enrage. Job done, 9-manned.

I wouldn't, you'll be hitting them with all your abilities all the time, which may well kill the last couple.

Was easy enough to kite slightly away so HotR wouldn't hit any who were low on health (monitoring their health anyway to change nuke targets on the fly), or switch to just shield smackin' and judgement given that I had enough of a threat lead anyway.

Not saying it should be a recommended strategy, but it's an alternative if you find yourself short on DPS but with an OT who's capable of dishing some out.

Their health is so low, you'll run out of them before she dies if you can't kill them.

Oh ho ho ho! Do they not dispel her enrage unless they are close enough? That might be why we killed her without dispelling the enrage at all. We thought it was bugged.

In the Grand Widow Faerlina fight, is there a "safe" place for the worshipper tank? A place where he/she won't get hit by rain of fire?

Edit: Also, can anyone confirm the worshippers' hp please?

If there was a safe spot, it would be abused. Thusly, there is not. The adds's HP is so low that it is irrelevant.

The worshipers have about 80k health in 10 man. And just as a note, since they all cast, you might have better luck moving Faerlina to the add thats about to die, as opposed to bringing the add over to her.

the adds on the widow, exactly how close is close enough? i figure it doesn't need to be right on top of her, but i always mess up when i'm in the grey area of positioning so i like to get as specific as possible jic. it seems that it is about 8 yards or so, sound right? (or w/e the range of judgment is for a non holy pally)

Sorry for the rather basic question, but what is the group layout like for Naxx 10?

Is it still 2 healers, 2 tanks, 6 DPS, or is it now 3 healers and 1 tank?

I remember reading a while back that 10s were intended to be tanked with 1 prot spec tank and say a retribution pally or fury warrior offtank.
