Well, amazingly it hasn't been too hard for us.
5 tries and he's dead on the first time. We OS it this week.
Focus on the adds asap. Don't dispell and let those who has the debuff run where you were, not were you are going to be
As for moving, I try to make him face the wall. Not always easy, but it keeps melee dps a safe area to dps next to the previous poison area and in his back. This way you avoid dead zone where your melee have to position between two poison areas.
