Critable Mobs

I know there are mobs out there that people are reporting that either have some sort of ability to lower your defense. There are also mobs that have a higher then normal chance to crit you. Some of these abilities are probably buffs that can be removed one way or another and some are probably just part of the mob. I wanted to get a list together of confirmed mobs that have an ability to do this to a crit capped tank and the best way to deal with them. So we know when we go into an instance which mobs to look out for.

If there is another post out there on this creating a definitive list then I will take this one down or just redirect people to it so it is in one place.
