What spec for leveling?

With about 1800 unbuffed AP and 25% crit, one round of CS, Judge, DS just about kills anything in the starter zones. Finish them off with HoW if you have plenty of mana, otherwise wait 1-2 seconds for an auto-attack or CS cooldown.

Well, my AP was only about 1600 fully self-buffed, my crit was 20% at best, and my white DPS was about 245 as Ret. As Prot, well, I'd have to log in and check, because I let BoM run out before I logged out last time, and the Armory is showing my unbuffed figures (1287AP, 20.8% crit, 185 white DPS).
