That was to fix Thunderfury double proccing from SoR/SoB swings as it was making an imba 121~DPS weapon ;>. JoB/JoC proccing from ranged is because it's an instant attack. Hell, I coud have SWORN once I had holy shield proc it lol, but I haven't bothered to test it.
