At what point at 70/80 does parry give more avoidance than dodge ?

It's going to change depending on your current gear. There isn't a magic number.

You need a spreadsheet to work out what to wear, which is a good or bad thing depending on your point of view. Personally such complexities keep me playing the game.

Making it very simple, when you have a 5-10% difference between 2 avoidance stat, same rating of the lowest one will give more than the highest one.

Also defense will always be a better avoidance stat than parry unless you have stacked so much dodge that dodge is only worth 2/5ths of it's starting amount. (good luck getting that much, especailly with no parry rating)

I'm getting tempted to do a write up on this sort of thing.
