Bear Mount in T4/Badge
So me and my friends got our first bear mount the other day, sadly I didnt win it, but I am here to tell you that with the right group set up, it is doable outside of T6.
Now dont get me wrong, the group I run with are badge whores, so everyone was in full badge gear and prolly 90% epic gems from badges, so the title is a little missleading.. but you get the idea.. no gear from 25mans was used, all we do is KZ and ZA.
Group1
-Tank (me)
-Shaman (resto)
-Priest (holy)
-Priest (shadow)
-Rogue (hemo build)
Group2
-Hunter (beast)
-Hunter (beast)
-Hunter (beast)
-Hunter (beast)
-Druid (Feral)
Do you see the group synergy !!!!!
All the hunters were rolling at 1400-1700 dps, and the feral druid was 1200+
Hemo's were getting eaten up faster than the rogue could even apply them. On boss fights the lowest dps hunter was swaped out to give the main dps group blood lust.
In the past, 2 of the hunter brought mages for sheeps, and we would always end 2-3 min short.. with this group make up (and of course not sheeping anything) we finished with 3 min on the timer... thats a 6 min swing changing out 2 people (2 more FI's, and 2 players and 2 pets more getting the druid aura)
My point is, if you dont have T6 dripping off of you, you can still get the job done useing amazing group synergy.... GL to everyone and I look forward to more runs too !!!

Gratz, but the title should read "bear mount in a t5 group" since old badge loot is equal to t5 drops and the new badge loot is equal to t6 drops.
Thats a good setup, but this (in my opinion) is the best one.
Prot Pala
Feral Druid
Resto Druid
Coh Priest
Shadowpriest
Warlock
Warlock
Warlock
Elem shaman
Hunter
a 4. warlock instead of the hunter would be better for dps, but his needed for dispels and tranq shot.
Don't get me wrong, gratz for beating the bear run without any 25 man loot.

This is a fail rogue in raiding.
Eh, at t4 gear level, a trispec hemo build (11/27/23) can outperform straight combat in terms of raid DPS.

Our guild just got our first bear mount yesterday!
Pally tank (me)
Warrior OT
Hunter
Rogue
Warlock
Shadowpriest
Holy priest
Resto shammy
Arcane Mage
Arcane Mage
I lost the roll on the bear mount in a tie breaker with the holy priest
Anyways, I'm still stoked so I figured I'd find more strangers to say it to

Old threat but, pre nerf, our bear group (18 consecutive) with our original 10 man was:
Feral druid
Prot pally
Fury war
Enhance shaman
Surv Hunter(substitute- rogue)
Elem Shaman
Resto Shaman
Resto Shaman(Substitute CoH priest)
Boomkin
Warlock
It was great because pre patch, we could have 4 bloodlusts per fight. Not to mention, 4/5 melee group had drums, and 3/5 caster group had drums.
Hot stuff. That group came close to some of the records for speed runs.
