Does arena points reset the 13'th nov?

Well our reset is the 12'th of nov, and WotLK is the 13'th.. just wanted to be sure that i will be able to use my arena points on the 12'th before release the next day.

Only if you actually managed to level your character to level 71 on November 13, which is somewhat unlikely, due to server instability, but you can always dream.

The arena points gets reset once you reach level 71. Spend it before going north.

As said above, you keep them till you ding 71.
