What are your keybinds for 9696?

Title says it all, I'm having trouble coming up with something that is comfortable and that I can get into a "groove" with.

right now I'm decently "ok" with using:

mouse4: shor (these are the most comfortable, but normally used for vent bind to allow me to talk if needed while my other hand is doing the rot )

Just looking for suggestions to try, still feels awkward with what I've come up with and having trouble getting the muscle memory engrained as such.

You'll become comfortable with whatever you use a lot =P

I use 1 2 3 4 and Mouse Button #4(Judge,HotR, ShoR, Cons, Holy Shield), so for me it rolls like mouse-2-1-3-4. I don't pay attention to the sequence I press my buttons on the keyboard, just the sequence that is casted, or i'll be fucked when I try to roll in HoW, Avenger's Shield, or the seals I don't use much(wisdom/justice/light). It really just flows as you use.

3: Holy Shield
4: Shield of Righteousness
Q: Seal of Corruption
E: Judgement
C: Hammer of Wrath
V: Consecration

These are the ones I think are most important, and I've learned to play this way, so this is really the most comfortable for me, whatever you think.

Additionally - what glyphs will you be using?

For Minor ones I don't know, maybe - Sense Undead would work fine in Naxxramas or so.

Normal 9696 rotation:
Mouse 4: ShoR
Shift+Mouse 4: HoR
D: Holy Shield
Shift + D: Judgement of _______ (swap whatever judgement I'm using into that slot, with the JoL "bug" right now, it's what I use for most things)
Ctrl + D: Conscecrate

Other threat stuff:
G: Avenger's Shield
Shift + G: Hammer of Wrath
R: Exorcism
Shift + R: Holy Wrath

Everything else is bound to Mouse 3, Mouse 5, 1-5, A, Z, X, C, V and Shift + all of the previous buttons. I use QWES for strafing/moving.

Oh, and all my "hand" spells are bound to click2cast which I've found to be very convenient. Taunt actually is bound to click2cast as well, but also bound to mouse 5.

what exactly is click to cast? is that just click it once and it auto casts it onto yourself? how do ya set that up, macro? still new to doing extra key bindings and such, usually just let my hand dance across my number pad
