We all know redoubt didn't get nerfed, it's just Bobness that had a blond moment and forgot what it does.

Back on topic, is it just me that would prefer if it wasn't a proc?

I'd prefer if the block chance 30% proc was a Block Value 30% proc, which isn't otu of question given they did say they want pally bv to scale a lil more.

Technically it got buffed. It's cheaper and has SS built in now.
