AP vs Spell damage??

So I was wondering what do tankadins will stack more of? I think some people will get more sd than ap and the other way around which one is best? or stacking AP will be more for 1 on 1 and SD for aoe tanking? Those that mean farming for yet more gear tanking sets?

No prot gear will have spell damage... so stack stam to get health and spell damage and stack str to get AP and BV.

All of our tanking gear will have strength(2AP) so it's naturally AP we are going to get most.

Coefficients of AP and SD on Consecration are the same:
[8 * (113 + 0.04 * SPH + 0.04 * AP)].

Bloodlust Brooch Passive: 72

The only thing that would be better would be a Caster Weapon over a DPS/Tank one for a heavy aoe situation. Because you can get upwards for 400+ SD on a weapon while getting 400+ AP isnt very likely. And since our gear is now more towards Str we will be getting more AP than SP, Most likely all our SP will Touched by the Light.
