hiya guys first time poster here was wondering..im kinda new to paladin tanking. Been holy as long as i can remember and ive gotten some tank gear from badges and what not but.. i got my 102.4 got nice armor but im hurting bad in stam.. im not 100% sure how to do the math on what gems i can remove to replace with stam gems if anyone can give me some pointers and any ideas on gear upgrades and what not i would really appreciate it.. thanks http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... &n=Wilmate

Not sure what that has to do with ZA...

Get rid of those shoulders, holy cow. Laj in Botanica has the paladin dungeon set, or if you're unlucky, Murmur in Shadow Labs has the warrior ones.

And you're socketing for every single socket bonus...don't. As long as you can meet the requirements for the meta gem that gives +18 stamina and 5% stun resist (name escapes me), switch out for solid star of elune for the headpiece, the bracers, the gloves, and possibly the boots.

Just do it smartly.

You are mostly gemming to get the bonus and they aren't really worth it(eg, bracers,boots,pants), just gem with more +12 stamina and it should give a nice buff.

Also try to get +150 hp enchanted on chest.

thank you both.. ill check in to it and yes shoulders are embarassing btw lol reason its in ZA is b.c i ment to say and didnt that reason i need more stam is b/c bear is shredding me lol again thanks everyone for you comments

If Nalorakk is destroying you as a bear, switch out to troll form and see if that's easier for you (I honestly don't know, I've never tanked him as troll).

If it's the trash bears, make sure that you aren't tanking them both at once, their roars will murder you. Literally.

And really, get rid of those shoulders

well bear is kinda rough on me but troll form no way.. hes attack speed is to fast and he burns trough my 8 HS charges rather fast and leaves me crushable for a 4-5 second window.. but i dont some gem changing and got my health up more which is helping big time.. again i thank everyone and working on shoulders tonight
