[?] New Spell Coefficients

Sorry if this is posted somewhere, though I did look for a bit. I'm looking for a list of all the new spell coefficients for Patch 3.0 and WotLK. Specifically for Holy Shield, Consecration, Seals/Judgments, and Hammer of the Righteous. I understand most of our spells will be scaling with AP now, but I'd like to know the values so I can make decision about gear once the patch hits.

On a side note, what will be the best tanking weapon for us pre-Sunwell? I'm thinking of trying to get a Talon of Azshara or Syphon of the Nathrezim.

Now that a lot of information has become available, I'll post the known spell coefficients here:

Consecration:       576 + 0.32AP + 0.32SP
Seal of Veng/Cor:   0.16AP + 0.08SP (per stack over 15sec.)
JoV/JoCor:          1 + 0.175AP + 0.28SP (+10% per stack)
Seal of Right:      (0.028AP + 0.055SP) * WS
JoR:                1 + 0.25AP + 0.40SP
SotM/SoB:           0.28WD
JotM/JoB:           0.25WD + 0.20AP + 0.32SP
Hammer of Wrath:    771 + 0.15AP + 0.15SP
Exorcism:           726 + 0.15AP + 0.15SP
Holy Wrath:         845 + 0.07AP + 0.07SP

*Needs further testing.

I think the OP might be referring to the new changes (nerfs) that occurred with the latest beta patch.

Attack Power and Spell Power scaling on all Seals and Judgements other than Command and Blood has been reduced.

I DID notice there was no Greater Blessing of Sanctuary, so I immediately assumed it was an indication they were going to make all blessings 2 min duration, and remove the greater versions from the game, so I went to the beta forums and TROOOLELLLEd and QQed

No, that's not me. I have just found that thread. Post 6 says:

The base damage of judgment changed from "36% attack powa + 58% spell powa" to "22% attack powa + 35% spell powa". That is -40% nerf (doing 60% damages then last build)

Unfortunately, there is no information on seal changes. I'm still looking for that.

I think they dind't change the coefficients (at least not much) but made it mitigated by armor
