What should be the raid composition for hyal?

greetings
my guild is starting hyal tomorrow, i have lots of guildies geared, and i am having trouble thinking on the rooster for tomorrow night.
what should be the best raid composition?
how many tanks (clases) how many heals? (clases)?

You mainly want
1 paladin tank
2-3 offtanks (mainly you'd want one prot war for reflecting, then you can go with feral druids, or more prot wars)
7-8 healers, you can consider 9 for first attempts
5-6 AoE, you can consider going with 7-8 for the first times until you are comfortable
1-2 melees at least for banshees and necromancers
rest random dps
