Well I noticed that on the official forums, and they were calculating them that way.

Could anybody confirm which one is correct?

"Damage = 7% * V * AP + 3.4% * V * SP => 35% * AP + 17% * SP @ full stack"

This is correct, if you look at Tybalt's tests in WoW Beta Forums, using his stats:damage ratio pretty much confirm that AP scales as such.

Thank you for confirming it, mate. I've fixed the topic yesterday. :)

Righteous Defense no longer costs mana and the global cooldown has been removed.

Read on the forums that shield wall is now also 5 minutes and a 50% damage reduction, can't confirm it though.

Shield Block no longer has charges. Unless this is a bug, there goes our mitigation advantage again.
Tankadin since before it was a good idea

It's still a 5 second duration with a 30 second cooldown.

I know a lot of warriors aren't too thrilled with it yet, but Vigilance is AMAZING for 5-mans. We just did DTK last night with this group:

77 prot warrior
76 bm hunter
74 ret paladin (me) got vigilance
71 resto shaman
71 combat rogue

Every single pull, I opened with Consecration, AW+trinket when it was up, Divine Storm, Holy Wrath etc. I ignored aggro and did everything I could to get myself killed and had a really hard time doing it.

Yes, but I doubt they're done with it. That doesn't make it like a "mini shield wall," although they may have changed their decision to make Shield Block one, being that they made Shield Wall a mini Shield Wall. It'd be most fitting to have Shield Block a 100% block chance with, like 10x block value for one attack, imo.
I rule.

They may keep it how it is, too - for single-tank situations, it'll only be one or two blocks. As i stands now, tho', it'd be situationally good for AoE tanking.

...
We still would like all 4 tanks to have their own niche, and unless we change something down the road, the design is still for the warrior to be the best tank for single bosses that hit hard for physical damage (which to be honest, has tended to be most of them so far).

Does this sound familiar to TBC description of tanks and how most guilds auto-choose warriors? Unless their design changes or boss encounters are so different then they are now, that 1-2% mitigation difference or whatnot isn't going to be fun like it was in TBC.

Just read the description

total of 15%, thus making thunder clap and JotJ better

I read it as stacking up to 5 times, thus making it 50% movement and 20% attack speed, respectively.

Although it takes time to rev up to 5 stacks . . .

Anyone tested retribution aura's SP scaling and possible AP scaling?

I don't have a coefficient for you, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't scale with AP. Ret paladins have way higher damage due to Sheath and Imp Ret Aura though.
