How close am i to Gruul/High King tanking?

Get +12 stamina gems (2 missing ) and it should be doable.

get uncrush. that should be your first step before you even think of MT gruul

Yeah, you should be fine MT'ing Gruul. I did it for the first time pre-2.3 in similar gear to yours.

seems like you're a bit high on block, and since Gruul will hit slow and hard you will be takinga lot of dmg. So perhaps having a bit more dodge couldn't hurt.
Also you are not uncrush (if I calculate right) which again will result in a lot of dmg taken.
I'd say you're close so get some proper healing on you and you should be fine.

I was wondering about mag the most since my guild is doing that tonight.
