anyway can we get OT again? :X i think after wotlk comes out holy pallys will be more valued as they will have a HoT spell. For me, personally, as of 2.4 i still prefer priests > holy pallys for the HoT.

The threat from the HoT component of Lifebloom reads as from the Druid and gives threat to the Druid. The "bloom" at the end reads as from the target and gives threat to the target.

There's very little ambiguity left in the combat log at this point. Everything it lists is just a function of what just happened from a mechanics standpoint. If the combat log reads that you cast something, then you cast it

Actually according to what actual testing I've seen the "bloom" portion of lifebloom gives no threat to anyone.

Did everyone in beta get distracted by shiny things, or do I fail at reading? Who "casts" the heal component of the beacon once the holy pally casts it on someone and does it cause any threat?
