Haven't seen anything on this yet so I figured i'd mention it.

New Wrath gems are... shockingly good.

30 Stam epic gem

20 Dodge epic gem

20 Defence epic gem

Etc.

Even the rare and uncommon gems smoke the stuff we currently have.

18 Stam uncommon gem...

And omg... the JC only gems? /tearsofjoy

How much stam?! <3

I'm not so interested in the scaling as new the combinations:

expertise (red)
def/dodge
expertise/hit
expertise/def

Only if it doesn't overwrite enchantments. Because if it doesn't I will be putting a solid dragon's eye into mine

Miners also get +35 stam though, so it's looking like every profession will have unique benefits only available to them. I'll be herbalism gets +int or +spirit.

I really can't wait to see the BoP tailoring, and engi patterns for my priest and warlock.

Lol, what I love about that is if you look JUST at the tooltip it can be applied to anyone's weapon an infinite number of times.

I'll take 30 sockets, please.

Sadly Jewelcrafting has not been enabled beyond what we have in BC yet... but I did mine some Cobalt.

At first look I think tankadins will have even more reason to gem for stam, stam, and more stam. By moving away from stam in gemming you'll be reducing both your max health and your potential tps. I guess if you really need additional defense/avoidance it might be worthwhile.

Granted, I'm looking at the new gemming options as a BC tankadin. We may find, even with the added threat granted by stamina, that gemming for other stats becomes viable or even desireable.

Does the 10% BV meta gem sound hot now or what. Threat and mitigation from one enhancement? No Way!
