If you're min-maxing on Kael it's a lot better to go for some FR gear instead of getting 25k health and spell warding. Regardless, spell warding isn't likely to save you.

I have respecced, will post my initial thoughts after tonights raid.

Did you get a chance to test it out? I'd be interested to know, I'm looking for a prot build that keeps Avenger's Shield, but also gives me Reckoning...

Well, I am not Barathorn, but I have been testing out a 3/5 Reckoning build for a few weeks now, and I must say I like it. Reckoning is up often enough for me to feel like it was a good investment. I find that even though I do miss spell warding a hair bit, that I can indeed live without it and not be a detriment to the raid as a whole. Anyways, I am gonna play with it for a couple more weeks, but I anticipate keeping it this way.
