Tank-Healing

This is hilarious. I'm a healadin with about 18.5 to 19k armor spec tank from time to time. So there is no way you can heal your self and tank at the same time. The stats are just not there. Although, I have heal tanked those mobs that freeze you in kara. The ones leading to the opera event. And i have also heal tanked the last boss in Mana tombs on regular. So it is possible to heal-tank some regular instances but i doubt a regular 70 instance. But i would say you have to be holy/prot spec with improved righteous fury. You get a good bit of threat healing with imp righteous fury..lol. But I also have pretty good healing gear so i doubt you could heal tank these things in blues.
