What can proc Judgement of Wisdom

Never seen it proc on the Consecration ever, even the intial tick of it. From what I understand, is if an attack as a chance to crit, than it has a chance to proc it, or at least thats what was explained to me many moons ago.

One thing my old guild used back in the days is JoW while our casters wand a mob till they have a good supply of mana before we kill it off and start another wave of something (AQ20 for those that are wondering)

Warlocks applying DoT's can proc it, those certainly can't crit.

It only procs off things that are considered melee attacks.

That's why Seal of Blood was procing it twice -- both halves of SoB were considered separate melee attacks.

So hunters love it, and casters use wand action to exploit JoW.

Consecration, JoR, Holy Shield, Exorcism, regular nukes, dots of all kinds, etc. never proc SoW/L.

I haven't read all the replies on this thread, but JoW can pretty much proc off any and every targeted spell or attack. Enhancement shaman and hunters especially like this buff, as they never need mana pots because their mana regen is insane off auto attacks alone.
