I usually click him and hit my judgement keybind. This has worked for a while, but for some reason, being on Spirit duty on this fight makes me nervous.

Tbh the biggest tip is proper group composition. That is if u got with 3 healers

I always make sure I've got a consecrate running at 1%-2% before the Spirit of the Lynx spawns, then spam my macro to /target spirit /cast frisbee.

Last night , it being Midsummer, I found myself targetting the Spirit of Summer pet :roll:

but consecration picked up the Spirit of the Lynx anyway and he was mine thereafter while the raid continued to nuke the boss.

I also switch targets throughout that phase to keep JoL refreshed on both boss and spirit.

Try this out next time instead of just /target

We run group loot.

Mainspec > Need
Offspec > Greed

We don't bother much with disenchanting. Not with the boss drops anyhow.

Just something from our groups observations. Using the Priest mindcontrol method on the eagle trash. If we kill BOTH adds at the start, when the priest released mincontrol, they seem to respawn. What we do now is take the first pack, kill the healer/caster. Move up to the next pack, kill the healer/caster, then release mindcontrol. The pack doesn't respawn using this method.

Not sure if anyone else noticed this behavior, but if so, please let us know

Yep. I do a

/targetexact Spirit of the Lynx
/cast Judgement

Just be sure that you have Seal of Blood (or I guess Righteousness if you're Alliance) up and it's not on cooldown when it's about to spawn. Hit it as soon as you see the Lynx come up.

Does the Lynx Boss dies if you just keep DPSing him down in the Troll/Spirit Phase with the Lynx Spirit under control by the OT? He dosen't like change Phase again back to Human is what i mean.

If either him or the lynx go under 10% health, they remerge going back into phase1.

phase1 : cat form, saberlash and frenzies
phase2 : troll form, an add + totems + flame shock
phase3: cat form, but with totems and flame shock (25%-0%)

100->75% phase1, phase2 (troll + add), 75-50% phase1, phase2, 50->25% phase1, phase2, phase3
