Leotheras 15%
Question on the 3rd phase.
The probleme we are having is that when the 3rd phase is starting, the warlock who's tanking the demon has some debuffs on him. So when the demon and the elf are both there, the warlock eventually dies because he has too many debuff stacked.
What do you guys usually do? Slow down the DPS to make sure the 3rd phase starts when he's in elf and the debuff is gone? Is there something else that can be done?

SS on lock, or eventually, holy paladin gets SS and DIs the lock on start of p3 (before the split)

Yeah we thought about that... but is there another option than to die and reset the aggro?
Thinking of it... DI while he does his speach would work.

The other option is controlling DPS and nuking him into 15% during human phase, but in a DPS race it's fairly hard to achieve.

1 shotted it yesterday.
What we did:
SS on the pally. DI when Leo does his speach at 15%
Pally uses the SS and a druid uses innervate + pally mana pot so the he has mana till the end.

Right now our guild has SSC on farm every week, where we one shot Leotheras in it every time. I would like to advice you not to hold back on DPS and finish him off to 15% while him being in Human Form. Just nuke him as much as you can, without giving attention to the way he goes onto 15%. Especially if you don't have him on farm yet, mostly you will need every second of it to nuke him down to 0%.
As for the debuffs, we practically do it the other way around. We use DI on the second our Warlock is announcing too many buffs over TS. This could be on 14% or even at 3%, it just depends on the situation. If the warlock is quick enough, he/she will get the aggro back, before the additional damage amongst other raid members becomes too dangerous. As for backup we also have a SS on the warlock to give him/her another shot for when things tend to go wrong.
Good luck and have fun on the fight.
Regards,

Does the DI reset completly the aggro on the warlock?
We finished Leo with over a minute left on the enrage timer, so we were good on that.

It does, but leo starts with a fresh aggro table at each transistion, so you pop the DI during his speach, and the DI is removed before the speach completes, for no effect whatsoever aside from removing the debuff.
