Building OT threat is not the same as MT threat, you don't need to use holy shield and you don't get enough damage to keep going your full rotation. I just used to slap on heal gear and let the "undergeared" offtank eat the hurtfuls. Then again, i'm cheap and don't like spending 100g's for a "alt-run".

Someone asked if to use SoB, don't, it doesn't scale with spelldamage you are better off with SoR and consecrate (toss a frisbee once in a while) and hope to god you don't dodge the hurtfuls too much or you will drop below melee dps threat because of being oom. chain-chuging mana pots ftl
