its clearly spec for specyfic sunwell fight or he likes to run faster^^

I'm not aware of any specific sunwell fight that demands you to lower your armor value and waste talents on only the redundant portion of PoJ

Felmyst is all about armor and BV (at least P2 where we come in).
Boar's speed on boots is more than enough for running (hell even without speed enchs you'd do fine).

Felmyst is all about stacking 900 spell damage and doing 3000dps imo.

ive seen him experiment with different specs, could just be one of those times. that, and exodus is ranked 4th in the world with kj down, i havent raided in a longggg time, but there is little room for incompetence.
