HELP needed please with me gear ect

hi everyone
im worryed warrior tanks keeps getting picked over me due to my gear and threat

as for threat im only genarating from 600-800 tps and i really need to be doing 1000 tps on trash and bosses
i raid ssc tk 4 in mh and 4 in bt
i dont mind changing gems or enchants
i really need help tho as im getting sick of being pushed behind warriors and droods
