I'm looking for some boots to replace the crappy plate dps boots I got from H-MgT. It is possibly the only one I need to replace to get 102.4%, aside from the trinket from Moroes I could be getting this Saturday.

I was looking towards the 2.3 badge ones, or even the crafted ones.

I'm currently at 96.88%

Would those two push me over 102.4, or close enough to jump over with Kings?

These are your best bet. Quest reward from the Mana Tombs escort. Much easier to complete the escort on Normal instead of Heroic, and the reward is the same.

The 2.3 badge boots are awesome, but not for reaching uncrushability. The only uncrushability they offer is the 18 defense, which is not very much. They are fantastic boots for tanking heroics and trash (where mobs cannot crush), but I usually swap them out for my Jungle Stompers for bosses.
