As Vek'nilash has extended maintenance so there is almost 2 days advantage, it won't be such a big surprise.
I am sure Kungen and Mackelina are polishing their energy drinks now :)

Three Hands of the Deceiver, eredar warlocks.

- Shadow Bolt Volley
- Creates a portal which summons in imps which do a nasty AOE on death.



P2

Kil'jaeden comes up:

- ? Sinister Reflection: creates several hostile copies of at least one target.
- Soul Flay: 3000 shadow dmg/second to target, slows movement
- Legion Lightning: ~ 3k shadow damage and drains 1500 mana, chains 5 times doing reduced damage to later targets.
- Fire Bloom: Does ~ 1700 Fire damage/2 sec to nearby friendly targets. 10 yard radius.
- Shadow Spike: Void Reaver! 30 second channel, launches Shadow Spikes at random targets. Shadow Spikes deal 6000 Shadow damage and apply a MS effect.

P3

Kalecgos occasionally empowers the orbs around the periphery of the chamber. Using one of those orbs allows you to temporarily transform into or control a blue dragon. Abilities unknown.

Another fight to spec holy or sit out... weeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Both SK paladins were holy, they had warrior and feral tanks so yay for tankadin "niche" (aka Felmyst)...

Method got World 2nd on KJ

Guess what



3 warriors (fury, arms, prot)
5 priests (3 shadow, 2 holy)
2 druids (both resto)
2 shamans (resto, enh.)
3 paladins (2 holy, 1 prot) <-----
1 mage <--- lul
1 hunter
3 rogues
5 locks <--- lol



To be in a world 2nd must mean we don't suck that much there.

What it clearly means is that tanking classes are balanced and interchangeable for some parts of a fight while at the same time having niches for min/max portions of the same fight!

HOLY CRAP IT ALL MAKES SENSE! THERE CAN BE MORE THAN 1 TANK!

Well it's not that we suck, it's just that we're the worst of the 3 classes for most situations when not tanking. And at least knowing my GM i'd probably be told to spec holy while him, another prot war and feral will do the tanking.

Guess i'll chose to sit out on my guild's first when we get there -.-
(Don't mind me, i'm just emo cause we did MH today even though we don't do it and again, no Tempest. Only 3 times it dropped i had to pass for "main" classes <_<)

My GM will -never- tell me to "spec holy" for anything. If your gm does not respect your role, it's a people problem, not class.

If a guild got World 2nd with a prot paladin, it even means that we are perfectly suited in this situation.

Even keeping up JoW is an insanely beneficial raid buff. He could also be doing orbs or controlling the dragon or whatever. He could be tanking Sinister reflection copies.

KJ's abilities also include a raidwide barrage of Fire Darts (they hit for about 1.5K and inflict a -50% movement speed debuff) that lasts for about 15 seconds.
