Is winterchill doable for a T4/badges group ?
Got this option from one of my officers.
Having a try on Rage since he seems to be more or less doable with good healers...and some AOE tanking...
Any of you tried that before in a T4+ contest ?

Rage himself is easy peasy - as long as you heal the frostbolts quick enough.
...or you get your 2 minute trinket.

I'd say yes, as long as the entire raid knows how to move out of Death and Decay. Rage is easier then Gruul imo.

I tanked the waves and rage in my current kara+badge gear in a group of pvp/badge/T4 and a touch of T5 gear, so i'd say: *inserts Bob the Builder theme* yes you can!

Rage is just like gruul. positions and staying out of the aoe.
As long as everyone in raid has atleast 10k raidbuffed it should be outhealable (the ice bolt/tomb) and you need healers that are very very quick on reacting. He himself hits like a wuss and most of the times is busy doing something else...
Ice block, blink, CoS, DS, Trinket work on the tombs and can be a life saver.

This is all the advice needed (well put btw). And yes, you can do it in T4/badge imho.

Did with my priest guild, with our mightly 2/6 2/4 at that time.
The hard part are the waves, not the boss himself.

Have one priest with the fastest trigger finger on bubble duty. The second Rage goes to icebolt his target, the priest should bubble that person, who should trinket and will probably survive.

if I am not wrong, correct me please if I am wrong, the "ice block" deals X% of target's maximum health over x*y seconds of the time making him dead after period y which is the maximum time of the cast, so atleast 10k HP is not actually a requirement?

No, that's Death and Decay, icebolt's damage is fixed amount (around 10k total)
