You might consider buying several "of fire resistance" greens on the auction house. The melee from Nazan isn't the hard part,it's the fire patches and fire breaths. I don't think I *ever* successfully tanked him at appropriate level.

One thing I didn't notice the first time I fought him that definitely led to my demise was that every time he does his fire breath, it leaves a fire patch where you are standing.

As long as you move every time he does the fire breath (so you're not standing in the resulting fire patch) you should be good to go.
