Free Action Potion Does it work against Gruul

We are planning to try Gruul next week, wandering if Free Action Potion works against Gruul

Requires Level 20
Use: Makes you immune to Stun and Movement Impairing effects for the next 30 sec. Does not remove effects already on the imbiber.
Cooldown: 2 min

try it and see, but i doubt it. Shatter is basically the only hard part of that encounter...threatening the lives of your DPS, when they're all needed to kill Gruul before he grows too much, if they all had 3-4 free action pots, the match would be over.
