Quick horde camp question
My guild is 4/5 in Hyjal but we're still trying to nail down the smoothest strategies for all the bosses. One thing that we've found a bit of a pain is the way that kaz and azgalor enter the horde encampment. They pretty much immediately aggro the NPCs at the entrance forcing us to start the fights before we have drunk, repositioned and buffed. Yesterday we lost about 45 seconds at the start of our Kaz kill when a MD wasn't enough to pull Kaz off of the NPCs at the entrance and our whole raid had to reposition and run down as the timer on the marks was already ticking.
Do other people let the NPCs at the entrance purposefully die during the trash waves? Or is it possible to let the boss kill the NPCs and then have him reset and be out of combat once they are dead.

Yeah 1/2 way through wave 8 we have the rogues move out down the path pretty afar and wait for the boss. They distract whlie we get setup and then we'll call out MD when ready and the bosses shoot right past the NPCs then since the rogues keep the boss out front pretty far.

Ah thanks, I was hoping that worked but we hadn't dared try it yet.
