Timed run with T4.5 Guilds

We have just finished a full ZA clear, however I am unsure how to really push for the 3rd and 4th chests in this place.

We clear the bear with 2-4 minutes to spare, eagle + gauntlet can be done in about 8 minutes, we missed the 3rd chest by 5s last reset. Is there a way to speed this up so that we do it faster, do we just stack the group more or is there some trick to downing the bear trash faster?

I am not sure how to break down the fights faster so we do better, but I have heard of T4.5 guilds getting the bear mounts, so it has to be doable, any thoughts on speeding up the bear?

Fastest clear:

Eagle (+10 min)> Bear(+15 min) > Dragonhawk > Lynx

Group makeup

1 MT
1 OT/DPS
2 Healers with group heals (pally/druid or priest/shaman something like that)
6 DPS all with about 1k min dps on an average boss fight.

I do not see this being done by a T4.5 guild because the gear just isn't there. The timed run gives you about 3.5 min on each of the first two boss fights and still make the run. At a T4.5 gear level they usually take 5 min+ to complete. You need the dps to burn through everything and both healers need to be geared enough to keep the whole raid up through the rough spots.

A word about tanks. One tank at least needs to be a very capable dpser, 700+ recommended.
