My guild is 3/4 TK and 5/6 SSC. We've been working on Kael since late January and we're still stuck on phase 3 (go go caster dps in Kara gear).
We voted to kill both Kael and Vashj before going to Hyjal. I want to kill the bosses . . . but even more than that I wanna get the hell out of TK and SSC

We killed Kael for the first time in early March after 4 weeks of learning, and then went back to attune a lot of people the weeks after that. Since then though, we've killed Rage, Anetheron and Kaz'rogal, Naj'entus, Supremus and Akama. We couldn't believe how easy the first few bosses in Hyjal were - 3 1-shots last night, despite it only being our 2nd full week in T6 content.

That's about where most guilds end up unless you are incredibly undergeared. Even then the only fight that come close to gear checks are Naj for Healing and Kaz for DPS.
Since our first week we've dropped 1 to 2 bosses a week and now we're on Illidan.
- Gorefiend will only cause you problems if some people who can't ghost get picked, if that happens it'll be a long night.
- Azgalor isn't very hard as long as the MT is HoT'd up before the silence and the Doomed people get to the OTs.
- RoS may take some getting used to but as long as people don't screw up Deaden, Shocks and Shields in P2 it's easy (especially w/Paladin in P3).
- Bloodboil is very random so it could be very easy or very hard depending on what class is chosen.
- Archimonde is very random and very annoying, make sure everyone has 2min PvP trinkets or they stay home.
- Illidari Counsil was pretty easy for us, killed them last night first night of attempts.

And Azgalor met a bitter and sticky end last night. on our third try. Hopefully going for Teron Gorefiend this weekend. Would be cool to be able to say 4/5 4/9 in 3 weeks

It is cool but it's really par for the course for guilds able to kill Kael'thas.
Yup that is where my guild is atm. We got 4/5 & 4/9 just before the 2.4 patch. Our raiding schedule is light, but the hope is to give Arch some serious attempts this weekend. Looks like a fun fight.

We were 6/6 and 3/4 in SSC and TK before 2.4 and working on Kael (up to phase 4). There was no question when 2.4 came out we'll be heading to Hyjal and BT.
We've managed to two-shot Rage and got Anetheron down after a couple nights of attempts. First night of attempts I didn't have any fire resist for infernal tanking, but the next time I went in with over 300 FR and it made it a lot easier. After getting the pulls right and everything else was easy. Pretty funny that a lot of people already are tired of Hyjal trash after spending two days in there.
Last night we went into BT to attempt Naj'entus and we had a really hard time. Lowest we got to was about 11% in 8 or 9 attempts. We all think the next time we'll have him with a few changes to who we bring to the raid.

Stop.
Do not set foot back in Hyjal or BT until you've downed Kael. If you can't beat him, you won't have a prayer of beating the harder t6 bosses.
One step at a time.
Turn away from the shiny loots. They'll be there when Kael's dead, too.
Respectfully,
Me

I must disagree heavily here, T6 bosses are far far FAR easier than Kael.
