I usually stand at Morogrim's feet and grab the murlocs that come from his front side. Once I have them, I move them to a specific spot for AoE. Works great, easy fight.

We didn't have a prot paladin in our guild when we were in SSC/TK, so we worked out a way to do it with holy paladins. We'd just throw a flash of light or two on random DPS, which would usually get us aggro from the murlocs in the back, and the murlocs from the tunnel would run through a consecration from 1 of us.
The paladins would stand around the little flag to the side.
Then a druid would swipe spam the murlocs off us and warlocks/mages quickly AOEs em down.
(Borrowing Zyxa's diagram here.
)
Then when the globule phase starts, we move around. The raid moves into the tunnel where the globules don't reach, paladins move to the one side of the wall, and the main tank to the opposite side. When the murlocs come running down the tunnel they don't hit the raid because they come for one of the paladins doing flash of light.
A protection paladin just stands with the holy paladins now and keeps a consecration down, while the holy paladins don't consecrate. The consecration takes the aggro off the holy paladins almost immediately, without the murlocs going loose and all over the place.
Our initial trouble was the non-paladin healers not healing the paladins because they weren't expecting them to get hit. (Healers don't tank omg!) But once this became clear this fight became very easy. The only time we wiped since was because I was stupid and put blessing of protection on the main tank. (Missclick ftw

If you are having any trouble whatsoever picking up murlocs, then make sure:
Pally healers are the MT healers.
All your healers have salv.
Your MT doesn't have aggro generating heals on him (LB procs, Earth shield, Pom)
All non-MT healers do NOT heal until you give AOE go (raid isn't going to die from earthquake)
Once you move into the hall, it's a bit more difficult because you won't have the time to cast but maybe one HL and your AOE is gonna start early regardless of you saying WAIT FOR THE 2nd PACK!!
But by that point it's pretty hard to fuck up the fight as long as all the healers stay on top of you.

M = Main Tank & Morogrim
P = Murlock Tank + Lifetapping Warlock + 1 healer
R = Raid
This is how we do it for phase one, and it works FLAWLESSLY.
It puts the murlock tank out of range of Tidewalker, so he will never get earthquaked or watery graved. When he stomps, the tank spams holy light on the lifetapping warlock. As long as the raid doesn't do anythings stupid, the murlocs will go straight to the tank. The other warlocks (and sometimes mages if we only have one or two) then run over and aoe down the murlocs.
One healer is all that's needed to heal the tank, and they stay down there to help people getting graved.
On a side note, if you do Tide first instead of Leo->FLK->Tide, you can sneak around the side of his room by hugging the wall to get in position. There will be 1 pack of 5 mobs (with knockback thingys) in the north hallway, you can either kill it or have someone body pull Tidewalker and then die/FD to despawn them.

Are you in my raid secretly or something? That's exactly how we do it!! Even the sneaking around bit.

yes. You will get on his aggro table the second you do anything like gain health, gain mana, cast a seal. Very very small amounts of threat, but threat none the less.
It's a ranged ability and if you are "in combat" and in range then you are in danger of being graved.
