Tanking Illhoof - Need general info about the event

I have found it very much doable with a pally tanking illhoof and the adds with one warlock doing seed of corruption. The damage I take from fireballs is minimal at best and it allows all the healers to focus on one target instead of 3 or more.

We're going to be trying Illhoof with a pally tank for the first time next week. I'm planning to tank everything - imps, Illhoof, and all. Would you guys recommend wearing any fire resist? I can get 80-100 FR without losing my uncrushable status.
