Anyone noticed lower threat values (Omen) since patch?

Just trying to collect information on a possible bug in Threat-2.0, We've having issues with DPS being able to /far/ exceed my level of threat before pulling agro (read: retri pally @ 149% + threat).

I noticed in ZA last night that my taunt wasn't leveling my threat to 100% of the person I taunted off of. This was extremely apparent on Bear where the druid OT was way above me but I was still tanking fine.
