Threat 1.0 vs. Threat 2.0

Are these designed to be run in conjunction, or does Threat 2.0 replace 1.0?

Threat1.0 = pre 2.4
Threat2.0 = post 2.4
You run Threat2.0 now. 1.0 WILL NOT WORK.
They parse the combat log, and 2.4 completely changed said log, thus Threat1.0 is now outdated and broken. =]
