The House video I'm not sure. Quality sucks nuts... Looks kinda like ag_unitframes ... but I'm pretty sure that you can configure AG/Pitbull/xPerl to all look pretty much the same.

I'm in the process of downloading the ferox vid right now ... You think Blizzard throttling the armory is bad, try working on a fibre optic network that has tens of thousands of users on it during the day.

edit: Hm. I'm tempted to say CooldownTimers2 with a LOT of heavy modding ... I don't think there are many other timers out there, to be honest ... and I doubt that classtimers or plateadin have options to change it that much.

Though, there may be a new cooldown timer addon through ace or curse/worldofwar/wowinterface...
