WWS Noob issues

Ive never used WWS before so i was trying it out, following the retard guide on their site.
However when i got to update actors, it comes up with an Error/Crash. Am i doing something wrong simple? or do i need to post more specific info for a fix?

Also it says to use the command /combatlog at the beginning, when i do i get a message saying "ChatLog -Ace2-: This Function Is Diabled."
