For those Alliance Paladin who uses this low cost seal for farming or actual tanking purpose, here's how to set up reminder to judge Seal of Vengeance after 5 stack.

Seal of Vengeance:
Main Condition: Target Debuff Application: Holy Vengeance
Secondary Condition: Debuff Application Number: 5

Make sure to use Seal of Vengeance as the Icon.

I believe Parrot can do it aswell, the setup is fairly similar.
If you know how to config either Miks or Parrot I'm sure you can figure it out
