Addon To Measure Spell and Gear Rotation

What I am looking for is an addon that would help me measure some key stats as I change around my gear AND my spell rotation. So say I'd put on one gear set and pick as spell rotation and go fight a mob a couple of times then save the data. Then switch up the gear and/or the spells and repeat the fight(s) again save the data. Then I could compare the stats of the various sets.

Threat would have to be a key piece of data collected, even better if it could be tracked over time. Damage dealt, damage taken, mana used, blocks, dodges, etc would be good to track as well.

Is this something that's already out there?
