Can somebody please help me identify the addon that causes all of your base frames to have that transparentish kind of look posted in that picture? I'm speaking of the honor window that this player has up right now. It supposedly also carries out to your tinytip and everything else?

Yep, it's a pretty exhaustive addon and has LOD modules for most other addons (so be warned, it will add a fair bit of system usage if you use a lot of addons)
