Cool down info addon

I need something to count down the last say 3 seconds of my holy sheild cool down, as well as my seals, and concecration. If possible in like 20pt font near the top center of my screen so I can know when I need to hit them again. I have something similar to it for my warrior, tells me when my overpower is ready, along with my victory rush. Any suggestions?

Here is what it looks like in my UI.. All you do is create a new group and add in what tanking talents you want in there then increase the scale and put it where it is easily visible.
