people in my guild have noticed the same thing, rogues dying on fights where there omen says they are 5k below tank threat, enhancement shamans notcing the same problem, theres something screwy with omen latly cant figure out what it is...

It is highly version specific yes...a slight upgrade can throw it off if everyone doens't have the same version, and it gets updated very often. To fix KTM problems I just stopped sending data to KTM and told eveyrone to get omen (in my old guild, current guild has only omen anyway).
