Weak Auras Config - Tracking # of Times a Spell is Casted?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me configure Weak Auras for my WoW UI, specifically for making custom events to count the number of times an ability or spell is cast by a boss, or yourself, and placing it in text somewhere on your screen.
