Health % on Blizzard Boss Frames?

Does anyone know how to turn on the health % on the Blizzard Boss Frames? Right now it only displays % when I mouse over.

I do have "Display Percentages" checked under "Interface->Game->Status Text", so it's apparently not that.

You have to turn on one of the other options in that section, I can't recall now though which it is, but there are options to display the health on things like your player frame, the target frame, and other frames - there isn't one specifically for Bosses if I recall, but it is one of them. Turning them all on would certainly do it though. Sorry, I guess that wasn't much help...

View Status Bar Text (or something like that) needs to be turned on.

I'd like to find a way to have the % AND the actual numbers showing at the same time. I think there are some add-ons that will do that, but I hate having to rely on add-ons.

Target Health Percent

I hate addons; this is one of the few I use. It does only what its name implies.
