Returning from pre-4.0 hiatus, what's changed?

Hey guys, been out for a while (not long enough, but I'm bored again) and I was wondering what's changed as far as "required" addons for tankadins...any new major addons, or death of old ones? I'm building my UI from scratch again, PitBull + PallyPower + BarTender + Omen to start...any suggestions outside of that? I'm going to be digging around anyway but if somebody knew a great suggestion that I might be aware of I'm all ears.

There really aren't any "required" addons per-say. A bossmod, a raid frame addon, and a threat meter pretty much suffice for any one.

That said, the difference between the b asic and the custom is the difference between McDonalds and a 5-Star restaurant.
