Aggro loss audio cue.

I am looking for an addon which can give me an audible cue to let me know that a target I had aggro on has changed targets. I tried to set this up in power auras, but it won't seem to work. Anybody have any ideas?

At work so I can't really help with Powa right now, but I LOVE tidy/threat plates for aggro.
Especially for AoE tanking.

I did change the plates a little.
When I have aggro plates are small and green, when I don't have aggro they are large and red. (and I make neutral plates REALLY small)
If I am in danger of losing aggro they are yellow. They can do a lot of other stuff but watching aggro is the best reason I use them.
