Enemy Cast Bar display addon

Postby Taeron » Thu Dec 16, 2010 2:35 am

Which addon would you recommend that more visibly displays enemy casting bar than the usual castbars we get on the portraits. I find it too stressful to keep paying attention to the target's portrait when I want to be watching the middle of the screen more.

Thank you.

Personally (with some whopping ~3.2M other downloaders) I love and use Quartz.

It has a fairly simple setup, but if you wish you can change almost everything you hope for.

I'm still toying with my UI, but have now disabled almost everything I used to use in WotLK and slimmed it down to just MoveAnything.

Now Player, Target and Focus portraits are in the middle of the screen. The cast bars have been enlarged and placed accordingly.

Started at ~10 MB of memory to >5 MB. <3

I use sUF for my unit frames and have them placed at the center/bottom of my screen, with the caster bars set to display for both myself and my target.

This is an older version of how I had my UI(I think I still used Pitbull at the time), but the setup was something like this.

I find it a lot easier to track everything if it's in the same general area.
